Subscription Policy
Last updated: December 02, 2025
This page explains how our one-time 24-hour trial, cancellations, renewals, payment failures, and refunds work for PitchTime Pro subscriptions.
One-Time 24-Hour Trial (No Charge)
- Eligible new subscriptions include a single 24-hour trial. We collect a payment method at checkout, but you are not charged unless the trial completes.
- If you cancel during the 24-hour trial, your subscription ends immediately and no charge occurs. Premium access stops right away.
- The trial is one-time per account. If you have already used your trial (including by starting and canceling a prior subscription), future subscriptions will not include a trial and may be charged per your plan’s terms.
- If you take no action during the trial, your plan automatically activates after 24 hours and the first charge is made.
- Authorization holds: Your bank or card issuer may display a temporary authorization; it reverses automatically according to your bank’s timeline.
Cancellations & Renewals
- Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- To cancel, go to Settings and open the Membership tab to access the billing portal.
- Outside of the 24-hour trial, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Premium access until the period ends. No prorations are offered.
- During the 24-hour trial, cancellation is immediate with no charge.
Payment Failures
- If a payment fails, Premium access is paused immediately until payment succeeds.
- Update your payment method anytime from Settings → Membership. Access is restored once the invoice is paid.
Refunds
- The 24-hour trial is designed so that no charge occurs if you cancel within the window.
- No manual refunds are offered. Billing is self-serve via the customer portal. If you do not want to continue, cancel in the portal to stop future renewals.
- After the 24-hour trial completes and a charge has posted, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by law in your region.
EU/UK Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU/UK consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. By starting the 24-hour trial and accessing Premium features immediately, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service right away. No payment is taken during the trial; if you cancel within 24 hours, no charge occurs. If you do not cancel and Premium continues after the trial, you understand and agree that full access has been provided and you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that initial billing period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Auto-Renewal Disclosures
At checkout, we disclose the price, billing interval, any trial and its length, the time of first charge, and how to cancel. After sign-up, we send a confirmation email with renewal terms and cancellation instructions. For annual plans, we may send a renewal reminder before the renewal date where required by law. You can cancel anytime via Settings → Membership.
How to Manage Billing
Visit Settings, open the Membership tab, and click Manage subscription to open the secure customer portal. From there, you can update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel your subscription.
